| Accurate Ripping Operation: |
| The saw carriage runs with bronze wheel, which is cnc lathe precision machined for accurate
concentricity producting fine smooth surface cut. the guide rods, hard chrome plated, provide rigid
support for saw carriage. the ripping accuracy is guaranteed. |
| Pressure Beam: |
| The uniform holding pressure through the entire pressure beam is achieved through a linkage mechanism, ensuring synchronized cylinder actuation at both side. |
| Fence: |
| Made of extruded aluminum alloy, and surface precision ground. Thefence is fitted with a filp over stop
for convenient repetitive cutting. Ascale is furnished for reading of width of cut. |
| Comprehensive Safety Guard: |
| Once the emergency stop button is pressed, or safety bar is
actuated by operator's hand in an unsafe place, the saw operation immediately stop. Blade lowers
under table, and pressure beam raise up to release the panel. |
| Warning Lamp: |
| Awarning lamp is furnished that giving operator a visible alert in event overload cutting occurs. |
| Efficient Dust Collection: |
| Dust chute is covered with a splite rubber to form a totally enclosed dust collection system, and fully prevent the hose broken result form it's fatigue. |

1. Advanced Saw Carriage
The saw carriage feed is driven by rugged wire. Fitted with a shock absorbing cylinder to prevent bumping while it travels to the left side. The scoring blade may be laterally adjusted for a burr free cut or vertically adjusted for proper depth of cut and to compensate for blade wear. |

2. Precise Saw Stroke Control By Optical Fiber Sensor
The machine employs an advanced, high performce, optical fiber sensor. It's highly sensitive
performance ensures extremely accurate saw stroke control. |

3. Saw Carriage Drive Motor
The saw carriage is driven by a 3HP AC motor. The saw carriage with 4 feed
speeds are changed by pulley. Saw carriage feed forward speeds are 12, 16, 21 and 26 meters per
minute, and retract speeds are 24, 32, 42 and 52 meters per minute. |

4. Scoring Sawblade Adjustment
The scoring sawblade can be adjusted vertically for depth of cut control. Once wear occured, adjust it's position for compensation. The scoring sawblade also can adjusted laterally for alignment to main sawblade. |

5. Panel Positioning By Cylinder (Optional)
Two air cylinders mounted at outfeed side marking it easy for handling the panel after cut |

6. Piano-Key Type Dust Guard (Optional)
This sectional dust guard not only acts surrounding sawblade guard, but also fully prevents sawdust form spraying out of the machine. |

7. Floating Table (Optional)
The floating tables are drilled with holes throughout the table ares, in
which are fitted steel balls. Powerful blowers supply air into the holes, forcing the steel balls
to protrude above the table surface, creating a floating effect. This allows the panels to infeed
effortlessiy. The table sureface are covered with bakelite to prevent scratching of the panel during feeding. |
