Panel Feeding Mechanism:
The panels are fed on the rubber wheels without scratching on the panel surface. Also, fast and smooth feeding performance are ensured. |

Scoring Sawblade Ustment:
The scoring sawblade can be adjusted vertically for depth of cut control. Once wear occured, adjust its position for compensation. The scoring sawblade also can be adjusted laterally for alignment to main sawblade. |

Feed Drive Servo Motor:
The feed system is driven by high performance AC servo motor featuring great torque output and
superior positioning accuracy. Swiss imported gear reducer with backlash adjustable assures minimum
backlash and precision transmission. The Swiss imported rack combined with V slideways provides
maximum dependability of travel accuracy. |

Double Beam Clamping:
The pressure beams come down to hold the panel separately. This ensures firm clamping on panel especially when performing the final cut. |

Floating Table:
The
floating tables are drilled with holes throughtout
the table area, in which are fitted steel balls.
Powerful blowers supply air into the holes,
forcing the steel balls to protrude above the
table surface, creating a floating effect. This
allows the panels to infeed effortlessly. The
table surfaces are covered with bakelite to
prevent scratching of the panel during feeding. |

Variable Saw Carriage Feed Speed:
The saw carriage feed speed is controlled by a fequency in venter, providing
variable feed speed. Speed range is from 9 to 37 m/min.
Advanced Saw Carriage:
The saw carriage feed is driven by rugged wire. Fitted with a shock absorbing cylinder to prevent bumping
while it travels to the left side. he scoring blade may be laterally adjusted for a burr free
cut or vertically adjusted for proper depth of cut and to compensate for blade wear. |
